Tempatnya bisa untuk pertemuan dgn syarat pesan makanan dan minuman di situ Tempatnya bisa nampung 30 - 40 orang Harga makanan terjangkau terdiri dari Ayam goreng, ikan mas goreng, tempe tahu, perkedel kentang/ jagung, gepuk, pepes ikan mas (harus pesen) sambal lalap dan aneka jus

Hampir 1 tahun ngekos di bale sunda, sampai teman liburan ke bandung pun saya suruh ngekos di bale sunda aja. Senyaman itu, gak ribet suasananya. Ada restorannya juga, kalau lagi malas masak. Next kalau ada kerjaan di bandung lagi ngekos di bale sunda.

Pernah kost disini selama 2 tahun. Tempat kost nya nyaman buat pekerja yang butuh ketenangan, buat anak kost yang suka internetan bener-bener surga karena koneksi internetnya kenceng Sayang belum sempat nyobain makanan di resto nya karena berangkat kerja belum buka, pulang kerja udah tutup.

Masakannya enak, adem di perut, asinnya pas ga over. Ayam goreng dan perkedel jagungnya juara banget. Tempatnya enakeun bersih, kalau di gojek/grab jg packagingnya rapi. Nasi putihnya dibungkus daun pisang jadi wanginya enak, berasnya pulen. Sayurnya bersih dan segar (karena sering typus jadi memperhatikan sekali kebersihan makanan). Harga affordable, biasanya kalau pesan sekitar 5 paket plus printilannya sekitar 10 menit (terhitung cepet padahal dadakan).
